Emergence Dental was selected to join the inaugural AlphaLab Health cohort earlier this year, a new partnership between Innovation Works and Allegheny Health Network.
The AlphaLab Health program builds upon successes of the AlphaLab and AlphaLab Gear programs. As part of the program, Emergence Dental will participate in custom educational programming, refine our fundraising strategy with the help of mentors and potential investors, and receive access to clinicians and decision-makers at AHN and Highmark.
Emergence Dental will also be relocating to new space in Suburban General Hospital in Bellevue, PA as the pandemic subsides.
In addition to the program participation, Emergence Dental received an investment from both Allegheny Health Network and Innovation Works.
Quote: Over the last two years, Emergence Dental has leveraged non-dilutive federal grant funding to perform pilot studies on its barrier membrane system. The support of Allegheny Health Network and Innovation Works will help Emergence Dental grow our team and initiate pivotal pre-clinical testing of our lead product in late 2021.
